Because each client’s member demographic and utilization patterns are unique, it is imperative that we study the prescription claims data to identify the best course of action for our clients. RxEDO works closely with each client to help determine the most appropriate benefit design. RxEDO also works to identify member and physician education opportunities that are in line with the client’s objectives.

About Us

Rx Education & Design Organization (RxEDO) was founded in December 2003 by industry professionals who believed there was a better way to deliver Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) related services to the healthcare market. RxEDO is the first PBM alternative company in the country and the first true Prescription Benefit Partner (PBP).

RxEDO’s business model is fully transparent to our clients and simplifies the administration of a prescription drug benefit plan. RxEDO educates clients about current industry practices in regard to prescription claims processing, which includes multiple revenue sources, both disclosed and non-disclosed.

In today’s prescription drug benefit market, RxEDO believes each client is unique and therefore, does not fit into the same benefit box. Based on this belief, RxEDO works closely with each client to help create a benefit plan design that meets the client’s objectives. To that end, RxEDO places a greater emphasis on member education and physician education.
