Todd Airhart, Co-Founder, has been in the electronic transaction processing industry for 22 years and focused in the Prescription Benefits Industry for over 16 years. Airhart’s background has been both successful, and diverse, within the Prescription Benefit Industry. He was an original developer of the initial prescription claims processing system that brought on-line processing to the pharmacy arena. Additionally, Airhart has sold PBM software to some of the most recognized companies in the industry. Also, Airhart introduced and was responsible for executing contracts with several major retail pharmacy chains for the electronic processing of MediCARE and MediCAID prescription drug claims. More recently, while serving as Vice President at a privately held PBM, he led the HIPAA system implementation, as well as the re-architecture of the claims processing system.

Steven Baker, Co-Founder, has been involved in the marketing of healthcare/benefit related services for over 14 years and has focused specifically on the Prescription Benefit Industry for the last 9 years. As the Director of Sales at a privately held PBM, Baker had an active role in many aspects of the operations of the company ranging from Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Network Negotiations, and Clinical Services.  Baker’s PBM background, coupled with his sales and marketing experience has enabled him to forge key relationships with decision makers in the Prescription Benefits Industry. His successful track record and ability to develop strategic marketing plans provides R_xEDO a strong foundation upon which to leverage.
